On December 19th I tried to withdraw 65.46 dollars (50 euros) from a Fortis Bank ATM in Aalst, Belgium. I did not receive any cash and I was told the ATM was out of money. When I checked my balance online I saw that the money had been taken out of my account. The person I spoke to at the bank said that she could not do anything unless I filed a complaint with my bank first.

I sent a message about it through the online banking website and I received a reply from Chris Bastide saying that I needed to return the paperwork sent to my address, however I will still be out of the country for some time. He said I needed to fax a note to the dispute department.

I am requesting that you credit my account for the 65.46 dollars and the 3.50 international ATM fee, both from 12/19/06.
